Privacy policy

Pursuant to Spanish Organic Act number 15/1999, dated 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, any personal data obtained through this Site shall be entered into the files owned by Asociacion de Investigación de la Industria del Juguete, Conexas y Afines - AIJU, Spanish tax identification number C.I.F. G-03182862 and whose registered address is at Avenida de la Industria, 23, 03440 IBI (Spain). The files are duly entered in the General Registry for the Protection of Personal Data, under the security measures set forth in Spanish Royal Decree number 994/1999, dated 11 June.

Data processing

The User warrants that the Personal Data given to AIJU are true and correct, and undertakes to notify them of any changes in the said data.

At AIJU we are particularly sensitive regarding security and anxious to ensure the confidential nature of our clients’ data. Therefore, we warrant the security and confidentiality of any information you give us. Your data will be used to handle consultations, contacts, and to send you commercial offers for products and services that may interest you. 

Purpose and cession of data

Personal data shall be processed for the purpose of handling, managing and providing the services that AIJU offers our users.

For identical purposes, the party concerned authorises the cession of his/her data to AIJU, their attached companies and any other companies/bodies that have entered into collaboration agreements with AIJU
